Description

E-One Incorporated (E-One) is recalling certain 2022 Cyclone 2, Cyclone N, Typhoon, and Typhoon N vehicles. The rear axle drive pinion may fracture.

Injuries / Consequence

A fractured drive pinion may contact the brake drop hose and unintentionally engage the parking brake, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Meritor will inspect and replace the drive pinion, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on January 05, 2022. Owners may contact E-One customer service at 1-352-237-1122.
