Description
FWMOTO INC. (FLYE) is recalling certain 2024 FWMOTO FLY-10 and 2022-2024 FLY E-BIKE FLY-10 scooters. The rear wheel hub may be missing the DOT marking. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 123, "Motorcycle Controls and Displays."
Injuries / Consequence
The wheel hub may be improperly assembled or installed without the proper markings to identify the part, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy
