EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: AUTO SUN SHADES (PVC ROLLER SHADE) WHICH STICK ON THE SIDE WINDOWS FOR SHADE. SMALL PIECES OF THE SHADE CAN BREAK AND DROP OFF.

Injuries / Consequence

THE PIECES ARE SMALL ENOUGH THAT A SMALL CHILD OR INFANT CAN PUT THEM IN HIS/HER MOUTH, POSSIBLY CHOKING.

Remedy
