RM RACING LAMP KITS WHICH FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108. THE LIGHT KITS EMIT LIGHT THAT IS BRIGHTER THAN PREMITTED BY FMVSS NO. 108.

AN UNDESIRABLE GLARE IN THE EYES OF ONCOMING DRIVERS MAY CAUSE DISCOMFORT, AND POSSIBLE DISABILITY WHILE DRIVING.
