Description

SUPREME IS RECALLING 3,598 MY 2006-2008 SPARTAN MS AND MI UTILITY VEHICLES. THE ROOF OF THE UTILITY VEHICLES COULD DISLODGE WHILE IN USE.

Injuries / Consequence

FAILURE OF THE ADHESIVE TO SECURE THE SUB- ASSEMBLIES OF THE BODY COULD ALLOW THE ROOF TO COME OFF WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN MOTION, INCREASING THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR CRASH.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL INSPECT AND INSTALL FASTENERS TO SECURE THE INDIVIDUAL SUB-ASSEMBLIES. THE RECALL BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2008. OWNERS MAY CONTACT SUPREME AT 1-574-642-4888.
