EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: LEVEL I ADAPTERS (110V CHARGING CABLES) FOR USE AS A BACK-UP POWER SUPPLY FOR 1998 EV PLUS HONDA VEHICLES. AN OPEN IN THE CIRCUIT WIRING WAS CAUSED BY AN OVERHEATING OF A MECHANICAL CONNECTION.

Injuries / Consequence

AN ELECTRICAL SHORT AND POSSIBLE FIRE COULD OCCUR DUE TO THIS CONDITION.

Remedy
