WHEN THE REAR LEFT HAND SECOND ROW SEAT BELT IS USED, THE BUCKLE MAY NOT BE FULLY RETAINED. A SEAT OCCUPANT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED INCREASING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY.
