Shiitake-Ya Gourmet Shiitake slices are being recalled because FDA test analysis showed presence of pesticide and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon residues: 0.208 ppm carbendazim, 0.072 ppm Fluoranthene and 0.092 ppm Pyrene. There are no tolerances for any of these pesticide residues.
