Injuries / Consequence

THIS RUPTURE IS OF SUFFICIENT FORCE TO SPRAY HOT ANTIFREEZE CAUSING POSSIBLE BURNS TO ADJACENT OCCUPANTS.

Remedy

THESE HEATER CORES WILL BE REPLACED.
