Description

Cake 0 Emission USA Inc (Cake) is recalling certain 2020-2022 Osa Flex electric mopeds. The aluminum steering column may fatigue and break.

Injuries / Consequence

A broken steering column will cause a sudden loss of steering, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the steering column, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 20, 2023. Owners may contact CAKE customer service at [email protected]. Cake's number for this recall is OSA FLEX MC0327.
