THE STEERING WHEEL MAY BE LOCKED WHEN THE IGNITION KEY IS IN THE OFF POSITION AND THE GEAR SHIFT LEVER IS NOT IN PARK. THIS CONDITION CONSTITUTES A NON COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 114, THEFT PROTECTION.
