THE FRONT FENDER RETENTION BOLTS DO NOT MEET THE PROPER HARDNESS SPECIFICATIONS AND MAY FAIL.

SHOULD THESE BOLTS FAIL, THE FRONT FENDER COULD COME INCONTACT WITH THE FRONT TIRE CAUSING DIFFICULTY IN CONTROLLING THE VEHICLE, WHICHCOULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
