CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: THE MISSING REINFORCEMENT PANEL REDUCES THE PROTECTION OF THE VEHICLE OCCUPANTS IN THE EVENT OF A SIDE IMPACT COLLISION.
