THE SECONDARY HOOD LATCH ROD CAN BIND ON THE GUIDE BRACKET AND PREVENT ENGAGEMENT OF THE SECONDARY LATCH.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS CONDITION CAN CAUSE THE HOOD TO FLY UP OBSTRUCTING THE DRIVER'S VISION INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE SECONDARY HOOD LATCH BRACKET.
