IMPROPER WELDS WHERE STEERABLE DRIVE END MOUNTING FLANGE IS ATTACHED TO THE TUBULAR PORTION OF THE HOUSING.

Injuries / Consequence

FAILURE OF WELDS COULD RESULT IN AXLE END SEPARATINGFROM THE HOUSING RESULTING IN POSSIBLE VEHICLE CRASH AND DAMAGE TO VEHICLE.

Remedy

REPLACEMENT OF ALL DEFECTIVE AXLE HOUSINGS.
