AN INCORRECT NUMBER OF BOLTS WAS USED TO FASTEN THE REAR AXLE TO THE FRAME RAILS.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS COULD ALLOW THE SPRING HANGER TO BECOME DETACHEDFROM THE RAILS AND CAUSE THE REAR AXLE TO SEPARATE FROM THE MOTORHOME, CAUSINGLOSS OF CONTROL WHICH MAY RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.

INSTALL THE CORRECT NUMBER OF FASTENING BOLTS.
