VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES. THESE VEHICLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 225.S12, "CHILD RESTRAINT ANCHORAGE SYSTEMS." THE OWNER'S MANUALS ACCOMPANYING THESE VEHICLES DO NOT HAVE CERTAIN WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE STANDARD.
Injuries / Consequence
IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH, THE CHILD SEAT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY ATTACHED INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO THE CHILD.
