Swarovski Recalls Pendant Light Fixtures Due to Impact Hazard
Description
This recall involves Swarovski Octa Crystal Pendant light fixtures. The single and triple pendant fixtures come in black and white. The pendant light fixtures measure about 6 inches tall by 3 inches wide by 3 inches long. The light fixtures hang from a 59-inch electric cord and fixture canopy. Model number A9950NR700126, A9950NR700127, A9950NR700130 or A9950NR700131 is printed on the product label inside of the fixture canopy.
Injuries / Consequence
The firm has received 10 reports of the crystal detaching from the light fixture and falling. No injuries have been reported.
Remedy
Consumers should prevent people from walking underneath the light fixtures and contact Swarovski to schedule a free inspection. Following inspection, if the light fixture was damaged during shipment, a replacement pendant light fixture will be provided free of charge. No repair is necessary for undamaged light fixtures.
