Injuries / Consequence
THE BRAKE COULD FAIL TO RESPOND TO PRESSURE FROM THE BRAKE ACTUATOR POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A VEHICLE CRASH.
Remedy
ALL OF THESE UNITS HAVE BEEN REPLACED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1998.
