THE INVOLVED TIRES MAY NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". TIRES FAILED TO PASS THE IMPACT STRENGTH PORTION OF THE TEST.
