THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". THESE TIRES ARE MORE SUSCEPTIBLE TO ROAD HAZARD DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY UNDER ADVERSE CONDITIONS OF OVERLOAD, HIGH SPEED AND UNDER-INFLATION.
