INADEQUATE PRESSURE DURING MANUFACTURING MAY LEAD TO CRACKING IN OR NEAR THE TREAD GROOVES. TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE ENDURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES".
