SEPARATION OF THE RUBBER COMPOUND FROM THE REINFORCING MATERIAL IN THE TREAD OR SIDEWALL AREA. TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE ENDURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS".
