THE BUILDING MACHINE USED TO PRODUCE THESE TIRES MAY HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY SET. DUE TO A NARROW DRIVE SETTING, THE INNERLINER STOCK MAY HAVE MIGRATED BETWEEN THE CORDS OF THE FIRST BODY PLY TO A POINT HIGHER THAN IS ACCEPTABLE.
