TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES". CONTINUED USE OF THESE TIRES COULD LEAD TO A SEPARATION BETWEEN THE PLIES.
