AN IMPRESSION MADE BY A BENT SERIAL NUMBER TIN INTO THE SIDEWALL OF THE TIRE AT THE LEFT EDGE OF THE SERIAL INDENTIFICATION NUMBER DAMAGED THE SIDEWALL.
Injuries / Consequence
DAMAGE TO THE TIRE SIDEWALL CAN RESULT IN PREMATURE TIREFAILURE CAUSING LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND MAY RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy
KELLY SPRINGFIELD WILL REPLACE THE TIRES FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE DATE OF NOTIFICATION.
