THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES". TREAD SEPARATION MAY DEVELOP AND CONTINUED USE MAY CAUSE THE PLY CORDS TO BREAK.
