FAILURE TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 109 HIGH SPEED COMPLIANCE TESTING. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: TIRES MAY DEVELOP TREAD SEPARATION IN THE SHOULDER AREA. THIS CONDITION COULD LEAD TO LOSS OF AIR AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND LEAD TO AN ACCIDENT.
