Description

CERTAIN HIDDEN HITCH BRAND HITCH RECEIVERS, P/N 64-6003, MANUFACTURED BY CEQUENT TOWING COMPANY AND INSTALLED AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT IN CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2002-2003 GULFSTREAM CLASS A MOTOR HOMES BUILT ON FREIGHTLINER XC CHASSIS. THE AFFECTED HITCHES CAN EXPERIENCE A FAILURE OF THE FRAME BRACKET AT THE CROSS TUBE.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS CONDITION MAY LEAD TO SEPARATION OF THE TOWED VEHICLE FROM THE TOWING VEHICLE, WHICH MAY RESULT IN A CRASH.

Remedy
