Description

NU WA IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2006 CUSTOM CAMPERS HH II, AND MODEL YEAR 2006-2007, CUSTOM CAMPERS LS TRAVEL TRAILERS, EQUIPPED WITH LIPPERT AXLES COMPONENTS. THESE VEHICLES MAY CONTAIN MIS-LOCATED WELDS ATTACHING THE AXLE SPINDLE TO THE AXLE TUBE. IF THE WELDS ARE MIS-LOCATED, THE SPINDLE MAY PARTIALLY OR COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE AXLE TUBE AND THE WHEEL AND HUB ASSEMBLY MAY COME OFF THE VEHICLE.

Injuries / Consequence

A SEPARATED TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY COULD STRIKE OTHER VEHICLES AND/OR PEDESTRIANS, RISKING INJURY OR DEATH, AND/OR CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE PROPERTY.

Remedy
