Description

BCI IS RECALLING 72 MY 2007-2008 FALCON 45 BUSES. THESE VEHICLES HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR AN OUT-OF-LEVEL CONDITION LEADING TO POSSIBLE TRANSVERSE AXLE LOADING.

Injuries / Consequence

TRANSVERSE LOAD CAN CREATE INCREASED AXLE LOAD AT ONE SIDE CAUSING TIRE WEAR WHICH, IF UNADDRESSED, COULD CAUSE TIRE FAILURE WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL REMOVE THE LEFT FRONT LEVELING VALVE ASSEMBLY AND REPLUMB THE FRONT AIR BAGS TO RIGHT FRONT LEVELING VALVE ONLY. THE RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DURING SEPTEMBER 2008. OWNERS MAY CONTACT BCI AT 1-877-452-9224.
