Description
CERTAIN MICHELIN PILOT POWER AND PILOT POWER 2CT FRONT MOTORCYCLE TIRES. ADHESION IS REDUCED BETWEEN THE TREAD RUBBER AND THE UNDERLYING TEXTILE REINFORCEMENT PLY WHICH CAN MANIFEST ITSELF AS A LOCALIZED DEFORMATION, VIBRATION, OR THE TEARING OUT OF PIECES OF THE TREAD AFTER OPERATION AT HIGH SPEEDS.
Injuries / Consequence
EITHER CONDITION MAY RESULT IN EXCESSIVE VIBRATION, WHICH COULD LEAD TO LOSS OF CONTROL AND A MOTORCYCLE CRASH.
Remedy
