THE SWING ARM OF THE CAR RACK CAN PREMATURELY DISENGAGE CAUSING THE CAR RACK TO FALL FROM THE VEHICLE.

Injuries / Consequence

IF THE CAR RACK DISENGAGES FROM THE VEHICLE, THE CARGO CAN FALL ONTO THE ROADWAY CAUSING A HAZARD TO FOLLOWING VEHICLES AND/OR PEDESTRIANS NEARBY.

Remedy
