EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: GRANNING AIR SUSPENSIONS MANUFACTURED FROM OCTOBER 1, 1996, AND MARCH 31, 1999. A FRACTURE CAN DEVELOP AT THE ATTACHMENT POINT OF THE CROSS MEMBER/BELL CRANK AND IDLER ARM HOUSING.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS DEFECT MAY CAUSE ERRATIC OR LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL IF THE CROSS MEMBER SEPARATES FROM THE ASSEMBLY.

Remedy

REPAIR FACILITIES WILL INSPECT AND ADD GUSSETS TO REINFORCE THE CROSS MEMBER CONNECTION FOR THE BELL CRANK AND IDLER ARM.
