Description

Hiab USA Inc. (Hiab) is recalling certain Galfab NIO 75 194 SO 72R, NOR 75 194 SO 72R, and OR 75 194 SO 72R reverse hoists. The upper hoist cylinder mounting pin may fail.

Injuries / Consequence

A pin failure can allow the hoist to fall, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the bracket assembly on the reverse hoist as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 24, 2025. Owners may contact Hiab customer service at 1-330-630-7755.
