Description
Duruxx LLC (Duruxx) is recalling certain 2015-2016 DRX2 Low-Speed vehicles. The affected vehicles can exceed the 40 km/h speed allowed under the "Low Speed Vehicle" classification. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 500, "Low Speed Vehicles."

If the vehicles can exceed the allowed speed, it can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Duruxx will notify owners, and dealers will adjust the throttle body to limit the maximum speed, free of charge. The recall began on September 7, 2017.
