OPERATION OF THE WINDOW LATCH CAN BECOME MORE DIFFICULT. WINDOWS IN THE AFFECTED COACHES MAY NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 217, "BUS WINDOW RETENTION AND RELEASE".
