EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOWS MAY NOT HAVE ALIGNMENT BLOCKS PERMITTING EXCESSIVE PLAY IN THE EXIT HANDLE PORTION OF THE WINDOW.

Injuries / Consequence

WINDOW COULD OPEN UNEXPECTEDLY CAUSING PERSONAL INJURY OR INVOLUNTARY EJECTION FROM THE VEHICLE; WINDOWS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 217.

Remedy

INSTALL ALIGNMENT BLOCKS TO ASSURE PROPER OPERATION OF EMERGENCY EXIT WINDOW.
