OMISSION OF THE PRIMER COULD CAUSE THE WINDSHIELD NOT TOBE PROPERLY ADHERED TO BODY, AND VEHICLE WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 212.

REMOVE AND PROPERLY INSTALL WINDSHIELD USING SPECIAL PRIMER.
