THE REARVIEW MIRROR OF THE INVOLVED MOPEDS HAS ONLY 11.6 SQUARE INCHES OF REFLECTIVE SURFACE. THIS FAILS TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 111, "REARVIEW MIRRORS", WHICH REQUIRES 12.6 INCHES OF REFLECTIVE SURFACE.

Remedy

THE DEALER WILL INSPECT AND REPLACE ALL INVOLVED MIRRORS WITH CORRECT SIZED MIRRORS AT NO CHARGE. THE NEW MIRRORS WILL BE 14.5 SQUARRE INCHES IN AREA.
