Description

THE FOUR SCREWS ATTACHING THE FRONT OF THE SLIDING GLASS PANEL TO THE MOVING SUPPORTING MECHANISM OF THE 400 SPOILER SUNROOF MAY LOOSEN AFTER INSTALLATION AND AFTER A PERIOD OF OPERATION.

Injuries / Consequence

THE GLASS PANEL MAY BECOME DETACHED FROM THE SUNROOF ANDRESULT IN INJURY TO VEHICLE OCCUPANTS OR A SAFETY HAZARD IF THE GLASS DROPS ONTHE ROADWAY.

Remedy

REINSTALL THE GLASS PANEL USING LONGER HEX HEAD SCREWS, A LOCKING PLATE ASSEMBLY, AND THREAD LOCKING ADHESIVE TO KEEP THE SCREWS FROM LOOSENING.
