THE PLASTIC COWL COVER WAS NOT SEALED TO THE BODY AT THE BASE OF THE WINDSHIELD. WATER CAN LEAK AND REACH THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR, CAUSING INTERNAL CORROSION AND FAILURE OF THE WIPER MOTOR.
