EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: CLEAR TAILLAMP ASSEMBLIES WHICH WERE NOT MANUFACTURED WITH RED STOP LAMP, TAILLAMP, REFLEX REFLECTORS, AND SIDE MARKER LAMPS AS REQUIRED UNDER FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT."

Injuries / Consequence

WITHOUT THE REFLECTIVE MATERIAL, THE VEHICLE MAY NOT BE CLEARLY VISIBLE TO OTHER MOTORISTS WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE CRASH.

Remedy
