THE PASSIVE STEP LIFT'S BARRIER WHICH KEEPS A WHEEL CHAIR AND ITS OCCUPANT FROM ROLLING OFF THE LIFT PAD FAILS WHEN HIT BY A POWERED WHEEL CHAIR.
Injuries / Consequence
FAILURE OF THE WHEEL CHAIR BARRIER MAY ALLOW THE POWERED WHEELCHAIR TO FALL OFF THE LIFT PAD, RESULTING IN INJURIES TO ITS OCCUPANT.
Remedy
