Description
CERTAIN RFD COMPONENTS WHEELS P/NOS. AY-130 AND AB-125 MANUFACTURED ON JANUARY 1, 2005, AND SOLD AS ORIGINAL MOTOR VEHICLE EQUIPMENT. DUE TO A DEFECTIVE WELD, THE WHEEL CAN FAIL.
Injuries / Consequence
A VEHICLE CRASH COULD OCCUR SHOULD THE WHEEL FAIL WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN USE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.
Remedy
