Description

CSI Emergency Apparatus, LLC (CSI) is recalling certain 2013-2016 Wildland Emergency vehicles built on Ford F-550 chassis. These vehicles are equipped with Stazworks wheels that may crack and break during vehicle operation, resulting in a detachment of the wheel.

Injuries / Consequence

A wheel loss while driving can increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy

CSI has notified all owners, and dealers have replaced all the affected wheels, free of charge. The recall began on June 16, 2017. Owners may contact CSI customer service at 1-989-348-2877.
