INSTALLED CAPSCREW HEAD COULD SEPARATE FROM THE BODY DUE TO HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT DURING THE PLATING PROCESS.

Injuries / Consequence

BRAKE COULD BECOME LOOSE ON THE WHEEL CAUSING FAILUREOF THE BRAKES WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.

Remedy

REPLACE BRAKE DRUM CAPSCREW AND PROPERLY TORQUE.
