CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: POSSIBILITY OF OVERLOADING AND UNDERINFLATING WHICH COULD CAUSE TIRE FAILURES INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
