THERE IS A CIRCUMFERENTIAL LINEAR DISCONTINUITY, WHICH APPEARS AS A CRACK, AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE DISC AND THE RIM ON THE SHALLOW SIDE OF SOME OF THE WHEELS.

Injuries / Consequence

THE DISCONTINUITY CAN CAUSE LOSS OF TIRE AIR PRESSUREAND POSSIBLE TIRE/RIM SEPARATION FROM THE VEHICLE, WHICH COULD RESULT IN LOSSOF VEHICLE CONTROL AND A POSSIBLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT.

Remedy

ALCOA WILL REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE WHEELS.
