WIRE WHEEL PACKAGE WAS ASSEMBLED WITH INCORRECT WHEEL NUTS THAT MAY NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE RETENTION. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: TIRE AND WHEEL MAY SEPARATE FROM CAR AND COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND A CRASH.
